COMPONENTS
- 30 grams (1/3 cup) oats
- 20 g (1/4 cup) vanilla protein powder (or more oats + vanilla extract)
- 1 tbsp. sweetener of your choice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 70 to 100 ml (about 1/3 cup) milk of your choice
Cream
- 70 grams (1/3 cup) yogurt
- 10 grams (2 tablespoons) peanut butter
Chocolate coating
- 10 g (1 tablespoon) dark chocolate, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil (optional but recommended)
- peanuts (optional)
Implementation
- Add the oats, protein powder, sweetener of your choice, salt and milk to the blender. Beat until the mixture is smooth and transfer to a bowl.
Pistachio cream
- Mix the yogurt with peanut butter and then add the oat mixture.
- Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil, spread the pistachio cream and add some pistachios if you like.
- Put it in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
