it
means that's it? Satiety for hours!!
They are a complete meal in themselves! Very filling and very nutritious!!
That's because they contain two ingredients that have been shown to be extremely beneficial!! Lentils and psyllium. psyllium is a soluble fiber that has no almost no calories but they help a lot in the good functioning of the microbial flora.
They have the ability to absorb a large amount of water and create a gel form in the intestine. All the positive effects they have on the body are due to this quality."
The recipe for rolls that help with weight loss, constipation and cholesterol
Materials:
- 500 g red lentils
- 40g of psyllium
- 2 tsp salt
- Half a cup of water
- 2/3 kg of salt
- 1 full kg of soda
- 1 tsp lemon
Implementation:
Wash the red lentils well and soak them for over 4 hours.
Drain them, rinse them and put them in the food processor along with the psyllium, water and salt. Pour the soda and pour the lemon on top of the soda.
We beat all the ingredients until we have a dough. We work the dough a little with our hands. It's a little sticky but that's okay. They'll come out just fine.
We divide it into eight pieces and shape our buns. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 for about 20 minutes until you see them take on a nice color.
They are kept in the refrigerator.
Note: Due to the soluble fiber, it is good to drink enough water when eating these breads!
