Ten steps to a firm and youthful body

Lack of elasticity, dull appearance, rough texture, imperfections: these are some of the minor skin problems that concern you during this period. Change your body image by following the following tips that will restore the glowing, firm and youthful appearance to your body skin.
1. Dry brushing
The first and very basic step that you should include in your beauty routine two to three times a week is massaging dry skin with the help of a special body brush. So before you enjoy your bath, place the brush on the lower part of your calf and with circular movements start the massage all over your body. The direction of your movements must always be upward, that is, towards the heart, in order to activate the microcirculation and detoxify the lymph. So, from the legs and buttocks, pass the brush to the abdomen, the back, the arms and finally the décolleté, in order to decongest and reduce fluid retention and prepare your body for the next care steps.
2. Relaxing bath
After dry brushing is the most appropriate time to immerse your body in the warm water of the bathtub to open the pores and soften your skin. You can add bath salts and a few drops of your favorite essential oils to the water, which relax tight muscles and revitalize both the body and the senses. Then choose a foam shower rich in moisturizing agents, such as hyaluronic acid, and a natural sponge to gently clean your skin.
3. Elimination
Once your skin has been cleansed and softened, it's time to exfoliate. After washing off the shower gel, apply an exfoliating product all over your body. Ideally, prefer one with granulated sugar or salt and oils in its composition so that it does not dehydrate your skin. You can massage with your hands or, if you want a deeper exfoliation, with the help of a natural loofah. The movements here too must be circular and upward. Finally, stay a little longer on the areas with the hardest skin, such as heels, knees and elbows, to effectively remove dead cells.
4. Nourishing oils
While you're still in the shower and your skin is clean but fresh, apply a conditioning oil. As they evaporate, the water droplets on the surface of your skin lead the nourishing oil inside the skin, thus ensuring deep hydration in the deeper layers as well.
5. Ragades
If you want to prevent the appearance or deal with existing stretch marks on your body, apply a specialized cream with organic silicon to the areas in question, which will help reduce their intensity. Apply it with gentle movements on the abdomen, inner thighs, arms and anywhere else you wish and leave it for a few minutes to be absorbed.
6. Tightening
To strengthen the firmness of the skin, there are specialized creams and body serums that you can apply before your moisturizer. Quite effective tightening products are those that create a cooling sensation on the skin. If you don't have time, choose a firming cream with moisturizing ingredients, which enhances elasticity and straightens the skin.
7. Hydration and antiaging
According to the needs of your skin, choose the appropriate moisturizing products. If it is dry and dehydrated, prefer nourishing creams with a rich texture, body butters and balms. If it's normal, a body cream or lotion. If it is oily, a spray emulsion or a moisturizing lotion. To combat the signs of aging, such as discoloration, fine lines and wrinkles, prefer anti-aging creams with antioxidant ingredients and peptides.
8. Stimulating massage
On the days you want extra care or you haven't followed the previous steps, apply a moisturizing oil and with the help of a tool, like the gua sha for the body, which is bigger than the one for the face and on one side it has carved " teeth", ideal for reducing cellulite, massage your whole body, thus activating the function of the lymph.
9. Shine
Removal of dead cells with both mechanical and chemical exfoliation smooths texture and promotes skin radiance. When you want an instant glow, apply a body oil with an iridescent composition to dry skin.
10. Covering imperfections
